Landscape blankets are hand dyed and woven interpretations of landscapes. They began in 2004 when I was making blankets that depicted the Atlantic Canadian landscape as an undergraduate textiles student at NSCAD University. Although my current art practice has been focusing on rug hooking and natural dyeing, I still enjoy working on weaving projects. I have made many blankets over the years, these are a few.
